In my practice, I offer a respectful, non-judgmental environment, along with encouragement and practical tools to individuals facing challenges such as cross-cultural transition, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, divorce or break-up, trauma /PTSD, abuse, ADHD in adults. For those looking to achieve specific goals and improve performance, I utilize tools like visioning exercises, goal setting, action planning, mindfulness practices, and accountability measures. I recognize that each person's journey toward mental well-being is unique, and I am dedicated to helping you discover the path that resonates most deeply with your needs and aspirations.
